InvoiceZip is an export tool. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. ZIP contents may be incomplete (for example when Stripe returns a null invoice_pdf on drafts). Always review downloads before using them for bookkeeping, taxes, or financial decisions.

You are responsible for the Stripe keys you paste and for complying with Stripe's terms. Create a restricted key with the minimum read permissions needed. Do not paste secret keys (sk_) — they are rejected, and sharing them with any third party is unsafe.

We do not provide banking, tax, accounting, CPA, or legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Stripe. Mentions of Stripe refer only to API compatibility for export.

InvoiceZip does not move money: no payouts, Connect transfers, or payment creation on your behalf. There is no Plaid integration and no bank branding that implies affiliation.

The service may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months (which may be zero).
